At the recommendation of a friend, I had met with Glynn a couple years ago inquiring as to whether I was eligible for a mortgage. At that time I was not, but when the perfect house in the perfect place popped up on Zillow two years later, I called Glynn cold to see if he could help. Not only did he remember me, but he took time out of his day to talk with me about various options and the real possibility that he could help me get a pre-approval if I wanted to make an offer. I did, and once it was accepted Glynn was integral in helping me really understand the process, what documents I'd need and the financial reality of a first time mortgage so I could my informed choices. Through the whole process he was only a phone call away and took his time explaining the more complex parts so I could feel supported. He also secured for me a very competitive interest rate I would likely not have found with another lender. I just closed on my first home and I could not be happier!!
